Our sweet corn is extra sweet. The corn reaches the factory in an extremely matured state. Afterwards, it is peeled, blanched and immediately frozen in order to preserve all natural nutritive and taste characteristics.

The quantities we order are of medium sizes as we avoid the small items of this product which have a low nutritive value while the big ones generally have a relatively high filaments percentage. The cutting of this product is carried out automatically, then the washing process is carefully done in order to remove any viscous substance which is a typical characteristic of this vegetable and especially to avoid affecting the taste of the cooked product.
