Description
At Verde, our spinach leaves are handpicked so as to only utilize the finest leaves of exceptional quality. Much like the majority of our projects, after quality control at the farms, our spinach leaves undergo a second round of quality control at our processing plant where only top of the line leaves are processed. Following the washing process, the leaves are blanched, cooled and processed. Our spinach leaves are rich in flavor, contain no additives or preservatives and full of vitamins, nutrients and minerals. It can be served as a main dish and acts as a perfect stuffing for pasteries. We offer two types of spinach: whole leaves & minced spinach.
