4,000 years ago, one of the ancestors named Neferturm invented aromatherapy.
Neferturm is the Ancient Egyptian god of healing and Areej, often depicted with a Lotus flower on his head. The lotus flower symbolized ‘Rebirth’ due to the fact that it shrinks during the night and blooms when the sun shines.
