Fully red Strawberries with Higher Brix. Strawberries are supplied to GIVREX by specialized plantations which apply the best techniques known in the agricultural field during and after planting and at harvest. In general, all plantations apply the required care after the harvest according to the instructions stipulated by the ISO, HACCP and EUREPGAP.
The strawberries processed within our factory must be ripe and of a red color from inside and outside. These strawberries contain a high level of sweetness substance: a brix up to 11.
Our strawberries are free from pesticides.
We provide strawberries whole, cut and in halves. Moreover, all analysis operations are carried out regularly over all phases of production
